1. The name and Intellectual Property involved in the droidheads NFT Project is owned by the droidheads Project. All rights that are not specifically granted to the users and owners of the droidheads NFTs below are reserved by the droidheads Project or the potential future DAO. This includes but is not limited to the intellectual property rights surrounding the images, names, logos, 2D & 3D layer files, trademarks, the website, the smart contract code, the ability to mint 2D, 3D, voxel or other versions of droidheads or anything else not specifically granted by any following licenses.
2. Once you have purchased a droidhead NFT on the primary or secondary market, you have exclusive rights to your NFT to display and make copies of your droidhead NFT such as using it as your PFP, making a tattoo, shilling it or displaying it in AR as a 2D art piece. You are not granted any rights to create or display 3D droidhead derivatives at this time.
3. You can also utilize your droidhead commercially, such as renting your droidhead NFT, selling it on a t-shirt, or including it in a book or magazine. We empower our community to use the droidhead 2D image to its fullness. However we are not providing any rights to utilize the droidhead likeness to mint a 2D or 3D derivative. Other than that, you can create merchandise and earn up to $100,000. If the revenue is beyond $100,000 we reserve the right to the additional revenue to be placed in a community DAO. Should you approach that number or expect to go beyond it please reach out to the team and we’ll discuss a license deal that empowers you as the owner as well as every community member.
4. Droidhead’s objective is art so we make no guarantees other than that. Our collectibles are not guaranteed investment vehicles or financial growth tokens.
